The Polish Watercolour Society exists since 2009. It was registered in 2011, and in 2012 it joined the European Confederation of
Watercolour Societies.
Currently our Society has about 120 members who support and take part in various workshops, exhibitions and symposiums. We are
based in Pruszków near Warsaw, Poland.
The Polish Watercolour Society’s main aim lays in popularizing the technique of watercolour painting through various activities, improving
our skills and rising its level of interest in the public eye.
We would like to build a Watercolour Centre and Museum in Pruszków. In the future it could become the Polish Watercolour Society’s main
office and the nest of the Polish Watercolour Academy.
Our annual ECWS meetings are a great adventure and an unforgettable experience of spending time together in the company of friends of
watercolor painters from all over Europe.
